Young artists will give everything for applaus... In Kein Applaus für Scheiße Florentina Holzinger and Vincent Riebeek are flirting with the limits of everything that is possible on stage, refering to the canon of 1970s perfor- mance art. The result is a surprising portrait of contemporary pop culture’s rich tapestry: an intangible mixture of dance, trashy pop, theatre, roller skating interludes, acrobatics and performance. A choreography that constantly risks losing its balance when one of the two performers flagrantly try to hog the stage for the closing applause.
